Questions about this item

Which Canon PIXMA printers accept the PGI-220B cartridges in this 2-pack?

Compatible models include MP620, iP3600, MP640, MP990, MX860, MP980, MP560, iP4700, MP620B, iP4600 and MX870.

What is the common mistake when installing these cartridges and how do you avoid it?

Insert each cartridge straight into its colour-coded slot until it clicks; forcing it at an angle can damage the chip that reports ink levels.
