Cartridge role and printer fit

This LD Products T273XL120 is a photo black ink cartridge built for Epson Expression XP-520, XP-600, XP-610, XP-620, XP-800, XP-810 and XP-820 printers. It occupies a dedicated slot and works alongside the cyan, magenta, yellow and regular black cartridges in the same series. It is not interchangeable with the T273XL020 regular black cartridge. Buyers whose printer does not call for a separate photo black cartridge cannot use this item.

Yield and coverage baseline

The cartridge delivers approximately 500 pages at 5% coverage under the ISO/IEC test standard. High-yield capacity reduces replacement frequency for users who print photos regularly. Output will drop when coverage exceeds the test level or when the printer runs cleaning cycles. The dye-based formulation is tuned for photographic output rather than high-volume text.

Build integration and storage

Installation follows the printer’s on-screen prompts for the T273XL120 part number. The cartridge replaces the standard T273120 and T273 photo black models. For best results store the unit in a cool, dry place and use within 18 months of purchase. No additional hardware or firmware steps are required beyond the normal cartridge swap.

Questions about this item

Will the T273XL120 Photo Black cartridge work in my XP-600 alongside the T273XL020 Black cartridge I already have?

Yes, the XP-600 has a dedicated slot for the T273XL120 Photo Black and it prints together with the T273XL020 Black, Cyan T273XL220, Magenta T273XL320 and Yellow T273XL420 cartridges.

How can I confirm the T273XL120 is printing correctly after I install it?

Run a nozzle check or print a photo; the printer will request the T273XL120 by part number when it needs replacing, confirming the cartridge is recognised and working.

What comes in the box with the T273XL120 and do I need to buy any other cartridges separately?

The box contains one T273XL120 High Yield Photo Black cartridge; the Cyan T273XL220, Magenta T273XL320, Yellow T273XL420 and regular Black T273XL020 cartridges are sold separately.
