Three-Pack Clear Crackle Glass Shades

This set contains three clear glass cylinder shades with a crackle finish, each measuring 6 inches high and 4 inches in outer diameter. They are designed as direct replacements for existing fixtures and arrive securely packed in foam. The contemporary drum shape suits a variety of indoor lighting applications.

Fits 1 5/8 Inch Fitter Fixtures

These shades suit fixtures with a 1 5/8 inch fitter and work with vanity lights, chandeliers, sconces, pendants and desktop lamps. They will not fit fixtures requiring a 2.25 fitter or those that secure the shade with side screws, so buyers needing those mounting methods should look elsewhere.

1 5/8 Inch Fitter Size

The critical specification is the 1 5/8 inch fitter, which is the inner diameter of the shade's bottom opening. Verify that your fixture matches this exact measurement before ordering, as the shade lacks a lip for screw fastening and is incompatible with larger fitters.

Questions about this item

What size fitter does the 1 5/8" fitter on these cylinder glass shades actually accept?

The 1 5/8" fitter is the inner diameter of the shade's bottom base; it will not fit a 2.25" fitter.

How do these crackle glass shades mount to a fixture without a side screw lip?

They sit on the fixture's fitter neck and are secured by the fixture's own set screw or ring; no side screws are used.

What is the correct way to install the three shades so the crackle texture lines up?

Each shade is handcrafted so the crackle pattern varies; install them as they come — no alignment step exists.
