1-1/2 Inch Brass Nipple for Plumbing

This 1-1/2 inch by 7 inch brass nipple connects female-threaded pipe sections in water or gas lines. The no-lead red brass construction suits potable water systems and general plumbing repairs. It is intended for installers who need a straight, rigid coupling of this exact length.

Verify Thread Size and Length Before Ordering

Confirm that both connecting components have 1-1/2 inch female NPT threads to match this nipple. Measure the required centre-to-centre distance to ensure the 7 inch overall length fits the assembly without excessive stress. Check local codes for approved materials in the intended application.

Brass Material Resists Corrosion in Normal Use

The red brass body withstands typical water temperatures and pressures without degrading. No moving parts or powered components are present, so the fitting adds no noise or heat to the system. The product carries a California Proposition 65 warning for chemicals known to cause cancer and reproductive harm.

The warning indicates the brass contains a chemical known to California to cause cancer or reproductive harm; normal plumbing use is typical, but wash hands after handling.
