Legrand G4011 Flat Elbow for 4000 Series

Installers working with 4000 Series raceway

This component suits electricians and contractors extending or re-routing 4000 Series raceway runs in commercial or institutional settings. It will not work with other series or multi-channel systems, so buyers using different profiles or needing additional channels should look elsewhere.

Screw-on mounting for 4000 Series compatibility

The elbow is designed specifically for screw-on installation on 4000 Series raceway measuring 4-3/4 in wide by 1-3/4 in high. Confirm that your existing raceway matches this series and mounting style before ordering.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the steel G4011 flat elbow generate when cables run through it all day?

The steel fitting itself produces no heat; it simply routes cables and any warmth comes from the cables inside, not from the elbow.

What must I already own for this 4000 Series flat elbow to work?

You need a 4000 Series raceway with the matching 4-3/4 in by 1-3/4 in cross-section so the elbow can screw onto it.

Will this flat elbow connect cleanly to older raceway sections I already have installed?

It fits only 4000 Series raceway of the same width and height; older series with different dimensions will not align with the screw-on mounting.
