8 mm Compression Straight Union
This pack contains ten brass straight unions designed to join two 8 mm tubes in hydraulic or chemical lines. The compression ends create a seal without soldering or threading tools. Each union is manufactured from CA360 brass for corrosion resistance in fluid systems.
Supplied as a Ten-Pack for Multiple Joints
The ten-piece quantity lets installers complete several connections from a single box, reducing reorder frequency on larger piping jobs. No additional seals, ferrules or thread tape are included, so those components must be sourced separately if the application requires them.
Rated to 1,450 psi and 250 °F
The fitting handles pressures up to 1,450 psi and temperatures up to 250 °F, limits that suit many industrial hydraulic circuits but exclude ultra-high-pressure or steam service. Compression joints also demand accurate tube preparation; damaged or out-of-round tubing will prevent a reliable seal.

Questions about this item
Will the brass compression nuts or olives on these 8 mm unions need periodic replacement?
The CA360 brass nuts and olives are designed for the life of the joint; replace only if a leak appears after re-tightening.
What pressure ceiling will be reached first when the line runs continuously at 250 °F?
The 1,450 psi maximum operating pressure is the limiting figure at the rated 250 °F temperature.
Does the brass body transmit enough heat to become a burn hazard during all-day operation at 250 °F?
At 250 °F the 36 mm brass body will be too hot to touch safely; insulate or shield the fitting if personnel access is possible.
