Legris Push-Fit Wye Fitting 1/8 in
The Legris 3140 53 00 is a push-fit wye fitting designed for air applications. It connects three tubes of 1/8 in outer diameter using a tool-free push-to-connect method. The body is made from brass and fiberglass-reinforced nylon in black. Supplied as a pack of 10 pieces.
Push-to-connect on three ports
Each of the three ports uses a push-to-connect interface that accepts 1/8 in tubing without threading or clamps. The design allows quick assembly and disassembly in pneumatic systems. No pre-applied thread sealant is included with the fittings. The black color provides visual identification in complex routing.
Limited to 1/8 in pneumatic lines
This fitting only accepts tubing with a 1/8 in outer diameter on all three branches. It cannot be used with larger or smaller tube sizes without additional adapters. The brass and reinforced nylon construction suits air service but is not rated for other fluids. Buyers needing different diameters or fluid compatibility must select another product.

Questions about this item
Will the brass and fiberglass-reinforced nylon body need periodic replacement in an air line?
The fitting is a single-piece push-fit component with no moving parts or seals that wear out under normal air service, so routine replacement is not required.
What limits continuous airflow through the 1/8 in push-to-connect ports?
The 1/8 in tube diameter on all three ports sets the flow capacity; sustained use is restricted by that bore size rather than by the fitting itself.
Does the black HAWA fitting generate heat or noise when air runs all day?
As a passive brass and fiberglass-reinforced nylon junction it produces no heat or noise of its own; any sound or temperature rise comes from the air supply, not the fitting.
