Push-Fit Wye Fitting

This push-fit wye fitting connects three 3/8 in tubes in a Y configuration for air distribution. The brass and fiberglass-reinforced nylon body uses push-to-connect ends on all three ports. No thread sealant is included or pre-applied. It is supplied new from Legris.

Suits simple air-line splits; not for threaded ports

Installers who need a quick, tool-free branch in 3/8 in pneumatic tubing will find this fitting matches their tube size and connection style. Systems that require threaded connections, different tube diameters, or integrated sealant should look at other fitting types.

Three 3/8 in push-to-connect ports

The defining specification is the three identical push-to-connect ports each sized for 3/8 in tube outer diameter. This single detail confirms whether the fitting matches the tubing and connection method used in the pneumatic circuit.

Questions about this item

Which 3140 push-fit wye fitting matches a 3/8 in tube system?

The 3140 60 00 model is built for 3/8 in outer-diameter tubing on all three ports, so it fits directly without adapters.

What does the 3/8 in tube size mean when the fitting is installed?

Each port accepts 3/8 in OD tubing; the push-to-connect design grips and seals the tube automatically when inserted.

How does the push-to-connect interface limit the fitting's use?

The brass and fiberglass-reinforced nylon body uses push-to-connect on all three ends, so it only works with compatible 3/8 in OD tubing and cannot be threaded.
