Push-Fit Elbow for 4 mm Tube
This Legris 3199 04 10 male elbow connects 4 mm outer-diameter tubing to a 1/8 inch MBSPP thread using a push-to-connect design. The fitting body is made from black fiberglass-reinforced nylon and is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 290 psi and a maximum operating temperature of 175 degrees Fahrenheit. It is supplied new in a pack of ten pieces.
Suits Pneumatic and Vacuum Lines
The elbow is intended for vacuum applications and low-pressure pneumatic circuits that use 4 mm push-fit tubing and require a compact 90-degree turn onto a male thread. It will not suit systems that demand metal-bodied fittings, higher pressure ratings, larger tube diameters, or different thread standards such as NPT or metric parallel threads.
290 psi Pressure Rating Decides Fit
The single specification that determines suitability is the 290 psi maximum operating pressure combined with the 4 mm tube size and 1/8 inch MBSPP thread. Verify that your system pressure stays below this limit and that the thread and tube dimensions match exactly before installation.

Questions about this item
How much heat can the Legris 3199 04 10 elbow handle during continuous operation?
The fitting is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 175 Degrees F, so it will withstand typical compressed-air or vacuum line heat in continuous use.
What tube size and thread do I need on hand to install this push-fit elbow?
You need 4 mm outer-diameter tubing for the push-to-connect side and a female 1/8 in BSPP port for the male-threaded side.
Will the 290 psi rating of this elbow work with my older low-pressure pneumatic fittings?
Yes, the 290 psi maximum operating pressure exceeds typical low-pressure system requirements, so it is compatible with older components rated at lower pressures.
