Push-Fit Elbow for Lubrication
This Legris 3699 fitting joins a 12 mm tube to a 1/4 in MBSPP port in lubrication systems. The push-to-connect end removes the need for tools or separate sealant during assembly. Brass construction handles pressures up to 435 psi and temperatures up to 302 Degrees F. It is supplied new and complies with California Proposition 65 labelling requirements.
Suits metric-to-imperial ports; not for other sizes
Maintenance teams converting 12 mm tubing to 1/4 in parallel threads can install this elbow quickly. Installers needing a different tube diameter, thread standard or connection method should select another model. The fixed 12 mm and 1/4 in dimensions limit use to that exact transition.
12 mm push-to-connect to 1/4 in MBSPP
The critical specification is the combined connection profile: a 12 mm push-fit tube entry on one side and a 1/4 in MBSPP thread on the other. Only systems matching both dimensions and the 435 psi pressure rating can use this fitting safely.

Questions about this item
Will the 12 mm push-to-connect side seal against my existing 12 mm tubing without leaks?
The push-to-connect end is sized for 12 mm outer-diameter tubing and rated to 435 psi, so it will hold pressure on compatible lines.
How can I verify the elbow is seated correctly after installation?
Press the tube in until it bottoms out, then pull gently; the collet teeth should grip and the fitting should not rotate under 435 psi test pressure.
Does the package include thread sealant for the 1/4 in MBSPP side or must I buy it separately?
The supplier notes pre-applied thread sealant is not included, so you will need to supply your own sealant or tape for the 1/4 in thread.
