Smart Reusable Alternative

These two clear silicone lids replace single-use plastic wrap, foil and disposable lids. Made from 100% platinum silicone, they are BPA-free, hygienic, lightweight and unbreakable. The set suits home cooks who want to cut kitchen waste while keeping leftovers fresh in the fridge or freezer.

Vacuum Seal Under Daily Use

Pressing the centre creates a vacuum that locks in moisture and blocks odours or leaks. The flexible material stretches up to 3.9 inches, gripping round or irregular containers, cans and even cut fruit such as watermelon or onion halves. The seal holds reliably through repeated opening and resealing cycles.

Heat, Cold and Clean-Up

The silicone withstands microwave reheating and dishwasher cycles without warping. Its thickness protects food from frost damage during freezer storage. At 12.5 by 13 centimetres the lids store flat, adding minimal bulk to drawers or cupboards.

Questions about this item

Will the 3.3" silicone lids warp or melt if I run them through the dishwasher every day?

The lids are made from 100% platinum silicone and are rated dishwasher safe, so repeated cycles will not cause warping or melting.

Do I need containers with a specific rim diameter for the 3.3" lids to seal properly?

The lids stretch up to 3.9 inches and conform to round, square or irregular rims, so no special container is required beyond a clean, dry edge.

Can I use these stretch lids on the same glass bowls I already use with rigid plastic snap-on covers?

Yes, the elastic silicone forms a vacuum seal on glass, metal or plastic bowls of various shapes, replacing rigid covers without any modification.
