Classroom-ready 12.2" Chromebook

The Lenovo 500e G4 is a compact Chrome OS notebook built around an Intel N200 processor with four cores and a maximum turbo frequency of 3.7GHz. It ships with 8GB of soldered LPDDR5-4800 memory and 64GB of eMMC 5.1 storage. The 12.2-inch touch display delivers a 1920 x 1200 resolution, and integrated Intel UHD Graphics handles everyday visual tasks.

Suits students and light-duty users

This device fits pupils, casual home users and anyone who relies on web apps and Android software. Buyers who need local storage for large media libraries, offline creative suites or the ability to upgrade memory later should look elsewhere. The single HDMI port supports one external display, so workflows requiring two or more additional screens are not practical.

Soldered 8GB LPDDR5-4800 memory

The 8GB of system memory is permanently attached to the board and cannot be expanded. If your workload regularly exceeds this capacity — such as keeping many browser tabs open alongside Linux containers — this Chromebook will become a bottleneck.
