Product identity

The Lenovo ThinkPad T570 is a 15.0 inch 2-in-1 laptop built for business users who need a convertible form factor. It runs on an Intel Core i5-6300U processor reaching 3.0GHz with 8GB of DDR4 memory and a 256GB PCIe SSD. Windows 10 Professional comes pre-installed for immediate productivity.

Installation experience

Setting up the device is straightforward: power it on, follow the Windows 10 Professional out-of-box experience, and connect to Wi-Fi using the 802.11ac adapter. The 2-in-1 hinge allows instant switching between laptop and tablet modes without extra drivers. A common issue is forgetting to pair Bluetooth 4.1 peripherals before the first update cycle, which can delay accessory recognition.

Pre-purchase checks

Confirm that your workflow fits a 15.0 inch touchscreen chassis and that 8GB of soldered DDR4 meets your multitasking needs. Verify that the 256GB PCIe SSD provides enough local storage for offline files. Ensure your environment supports 802.11ac Wi-Fi and that any legacy USB 3.0 or HDMI peripherals you rely on are compatible with the available ports.
