IdeaPad Flex 5 16IAU7 overview

This 16-inch 2-in-1 laptop runs Windows 11 Home on a 10-core Intel Core i7-1255U processor with 12 MB L3 cache. It ships with 16 GB of memory and a 512 GB M.2 2242 PCIe Gen4 TLC solid-state drive. The Storm Grey chassis includes a backlit keyboard and a fingerprint reader on the palm rest. Lenovo Premium Care is included.

Suitable users and limits

The 2.5K IPS touchscreen covers 100% sRGB at 400 nits, making it a good fit for creative work and media consumption. The 10-point multi-touch panel and convertible form factor support tablet-style interaction. Buyers who need a higher-resolution webcam than 720p or who require more than 512 GB of internal storage should consider other options.

Deciding specification

The display uses a 2560 x 1600 WQXGA IPS panel with 10-point touch and 100% sRGB coverage. This single specification determines whether the screen quality matches the buyer's colour-critical or touch-driven workflow.
