Ready for high-end gaming and content creation

This 15.1-inch Legion 5 laptop pairs an Intel Core i9 14900HX with 24 cores and 32 threads with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 8GB GPU. A 165Hz WQXGA OLED panel at 2560 x 1600 resolution drives crisp motion for competitive play. Windows 11 Home and an Office 2021 licence ship pre-installed.

Verify power, connectivity and storage needs

The chassis measures 13.58 x 10.05 x 0.84 inches and weighs 4.1 pounds, so confirm your bag or sleeve fits those dimensions. Two USB-C ports, three USB-A, one HDMI, one Ethernet and a headset jack handle peripherals; check that your docks or monitors match. The 2TB PCIe SSD and 16GB DDR5 4800 memory are installed; decide if you need more capacity before ordering.

Office 2021 licence and WiFi 7 ready

A genuine Office 2021 licence activates Word, Excel and PowerPoint immediately without a subscription. WiFi 7 (802.11be) hardware is present for lower latency and higher throughput on compatible routers. The 165Hz OLED display, backlit keyboard and 1080p webcam complete the out-of-box experience for work and play.

Questions about this item

Does the box include the laptop, charger and documentation only, or are extra items like a mouse or external drive also inside?

The box contains the laptop, its power adapter and the standard documentation. No mouse, external drive or other accessories are included, so those would be separate purchases.

Should I pick the 16 GB DDR5 4800 configuration or look for a larger memory option?

The model ships with 16 GB of DDR5 4800 memory. If your workloads regularly exceed that capacity, a larger memory option would be preferable; otherwise the supplied amount is adequate for most gaming and productivity tasks.

What does the 165 Hz 2560 x 1600 OLED panel mean for everyday gaming?

The 15.1 inch WQXGA OLED screen refreshes at 165 Hz, delivering smooth motion and sharp 2560 by 1600 detail in supported games.
