15.3" OLED gaming laptop

The Lenovo Legion 5 Gaming 009 pairs an AMD Ryzen 7 250 processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 GPU and 64 GB of DDR5 memory. A 15.3-inch WQXGA OLED panel running at 165 Hz provides 100% DCI-P3 colour coverage and DisplayHDR True Black 1000 certification. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro and a 4 TB PCIe SSD in an Eclipse Black chassis.

Sustained load behaviour

The RTX 5060 operates at a 115 W TGP, allowing the GPU to maintain higher clocks during extended sessions rather than throttling after a short burst. Ryzen AI hardware on the processor offloads background inference tasks, keeping the main cores free for game logic and streaming workloads. Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) 2x2 and a 5.0 MP camera with E-shutter remain responsive when the system is fully loaded.

Interface practical limits

Two USB4 ports at 40 Gbps support USB Power Delivery from 65 W to 100 W and DisplayPort 1.4 for external monitors up to 8K at 60 Hz. HDMI 2.1 adds a second 8K 60 Hz output path. Two USB-A ports run at 5 Gbps, one of which is Always On for charging peripherals while the laptop sleeps. A single 3.5 mm combo jack and RJ-45 Ethernet complete the physical I/O.
