15.3" WUXGA 165Hz Gaming Notebook

The Lenovo LOQ 15 is a new gaming laptop built around a 15.3-inch WUXGA IPS panel with a 165Hz refresh rate. It runs on an AMD Ryzen 7 250 octa-core processor paired with 16GB DDR5 memory and a dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card. A 512GB NVMe SSD provides the primary storage. The chassis is finished in Luna Grey.

Suited for high-refresh 1080p gaming, not 4K

This machine targets players who want fluid 1920 x 1200 gameplay on the internal screen and creators who need GPU acceleration in a portable form. Buyers who need a higher native resolution, more than 16GB of system memory, or multiple internal drive bays should look at larger workstation-class chassis instead.

Dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 GPU

The discrete RTX 5060 graphics card is the component that separates this configuration from integrated-only models and determines whether the laptop can run modern titles at high settings. Verify that the applications you plan to use benefit from this specific GPU before purchasing.

Questions about this item

Will the HDMI 2.1 port drive my older 1080p 60Hz monitor at its native resolution?

Yes, the HDMI 2.1 output is fully backwards compatible and will run a 1080p 60Hz display without any adapters.

How can I verify the 165Hz panel and RTX 5060 are active after I set up the laptop?

Open Windows display settings and confirm 165Hz is selectable, then check Device Manager or the NVIDIA control panel to see the RTX 5060 listed as the active GPU.

Does the box include a USB-C hub or an external SSD enclosure for extra storage?

The package contains the laptop, its power adapter and documentation only; a USB-C hub or drive enclosure must be purchased separately.
