15.6" 144 Hz Gaming Laptop

This Lenovo LOQ 15 combines a 15.6-inch Full HD display running at 144 Hz with an Intel Core i5-13450HX processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 graphics. It ships with 16 GB of DDR5 memory and a 1 TB PCIe SSD. Windows 11 Home and an Office 2024 licence are pre-installed.

Who This Suits

Buyers who want a 144 Hz screen and 8 GB of dedicated video memory for 1080p gaming in a grey 15.6-inch chassis. The 10-core CPU and 16 GB of RAM also handle multitasking and content creation. Users needing a higher-tier GPU, more than 16 GB of memory, or a touchscreen should consider other models.

RTX 5050 8 GB Graphics

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 with 8 GB of video memory is the component that defines 1080p gaming capability on this machine. It drives the 144 Hz panel in modern titles and supports the external display output via HDMI. If your workload demands more video memory or a faster GPU tier, this laptop will not meet that requirement.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the Lenovo LOQ 15 so I can check if it fits my laptop bag?

The laptop measures 14.17 x 10.19 x 0.94 inches and weighs 5.65 pounds, so compare those figures with your bag's internal space before buying.

How do I upgrade the memory or storage myself, and what is the common mistake to avoid?

The supplier opens the factory seal for upgrades; if you open it yourself you void their 1-year warranty on the upgraded RAM or SSD, so let them handle any changes.

When will the 1 TB PCIe SSD likely need replacement under heavy gaming use?

A 1 TB PCIe SSD in a gaming workload typically lasts several years; monitor health via Windows tools and plan replacement once the drive reports declining spare blocks or write errors.
