Lenovo LOQ 15 gaming laptop

The Lenovo LOQ 15 is a 15.6 inch gaming laptop with a 144Hz FHD display. It runs on an AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS 8-core processor with a 4.75GHz boost clock. Graphics come from an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 with 6GB GDDR6 memory. The system includes 16GB DDR5 RAM and a 512GB PCIe SSD. It ships with Windows 11 and an Office 2024 license.

Suited for 144Hz competitive play

This laptop suits players who want a 144Hz panel and RTX 4050 performance in a 3.89 pound chassis. The 8-core Ryzen 7 handles multitasking and modern titles at 1080p. Buyers needing more than 512GB storage or a higher refresh rate screen should look at other models. The single 135W USB-C Power Delivery port limits simultaneous charging and high-power peripherals.

Straightforward setup with port checks

Windows 11 boots to a clean desktop with drivers pre-installed. The 135W USB-C port handles charging and DisplayPort 1.4 video. HDMI 2.1 supports 8K at 60Hz for external monitors. Users sometimes forget to enable the 144Hz refresh rate in display settings. The Always On USB-A port charges devices while the laptop sleeps.
