Lenovo LOQ 15 15.6" 144Hz Gaming Laptop

This Lenovo LOQ 15 gaming laptop pairs a 15.6" FHD display running at 144 Hz with an Intel Core i7-13650HX 14-core processor that reaches 4.9 GHz. It ships with 64 GB of DDR5 memory and a 4 TB PCIe SSD. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 GPU brings 8 GB of GDDR7 video memory for modern titles.

Best for high-memory workloads

The 64 GB RAM and 4 TB drive suit creators, developers and gamers who run memory-heavy applications or keep large libraries installed. Buyers who only need 8 GB of memory and a smaller drive should look at a different configuration. The 144 Hz panel benefits competitive play but offers no touchscreen.

RTX 5050 8 GB GDDR7 graphics decide fit

The single specification that decides whether this is the right part is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 laptop GPU with 8 GB of GDDR7 memory. If your workload or game list requires that GPU tier and video-memory amount, this model matches; otherwise, choose a different graphics option.

Questions about this item

Will the 15.6" 144Hz display and RTX 5050 GPU work with my older 1080p 60Hz external monitor over HDMI?

Yes, the HDMI 2.1 port can drive a 1080p 60Hz monitor while the built-in 15.6" panel runs at 144Hz.

How can I verify the i7-13650HX is hitting 4.9 GHz turbo and the RTX 5050 is using its 8 GB GDDR7 after setup?

Open Task Manager's Performance tab to see the CPU clock reach 4.9 GHz under load and the GPU show 8 GB dedicated video memory.

What ships in the box and what must I buy separately for the LOQ 15?

The box includes the laptop, rectangle-plug power adapter and Windows 11 with Office 2021 licence. No SD card reader is built in, so add a USB adapter if you need one.
