LOQ 15 gaming laptop

The Lenovo LOQ 15 is a gaming laptop built around an AMD Ryzen 7 250 octa-core processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 GPU with 8 GB GDDR7 memory. It ships with 64 GB DDR5 4800 RAM and a 4 TB PCIe SSD, running Windows 11 Pro on a 15.3 inch WUXGA 165 Hz display. The chassis measures 13.58 by 10.03 by 0.92 inches and weighs 4.62 pounds in Luna Grey.

Sustained load behaviour

The eight-core CPU operates at a 3.3 GHz base clock and can reach a 5.1 GHz turbo frequency, while the RTX 5060 provides dedicated 8 GB GDDR7 video memory for graphics workloads. The 165 Hz panel refreshes at 1920 x 1200 resolution, and the 64 GB DDR5 4800 memory pool supports multi-tasking alongside the 4 TB PCIe storage. Thermal management is handled within the slim 0.92 inch profile during extended sessions.

Installation and common issues

The unit arrives with the factory seal opened by engineers for the memory and storage upgrades, so the 64 GB DDR5 and 4 TB PCIe SSD are already installed and tested. Windows 11 Pro is pre-loaded and configured. Buyers should verify that the single USB 2.0 Type-A, USB 3.2 Type-A, USB 3.2 Type-C, Thunderbolt 4, HDMI and RJ-45 ports meet their peripheral needs before purchase.
