Questions about this item

Can the 16 GB memory or 256 GB SSD be upgraded later?

The 16 GB memory is soldered and cannot be increased. The 256 GB SSD uses an M.2 slot and can be replaced with a larger drive.

What limits sustained performance first, the Core i5-1145G7 or the T500 GPU?

The Core i5-1145G7 shares a thin cooling system with the T500 GPU, so the CPU usually hits its thermal ceiling first during long workloads.

How loud and hot does the 14" touchscreen model get when running all day?

Under continuous load the fans become clearly audible and the keyboard deck reaches a warm temperature, while the 1920 x 1080 panel stays within normal operating limits.
