Refurbished T450 business laptop

This Lenovo ThinkPad T450 is a refurbished 14.0-inch business laptop powered by an Intel Core i5-5300U processor running at 2.3 GHz. It comes with 8 GB of DDR3L 1600 memory and a 128 GB SSD. The unit ships with Windows 10 pre-installed and includes the battery and AC adaptor.

Cosmetic condition and buyer fit

The laptop is graded B, meaning the chassis may show dents, chips or scuffs, the keyboard can be shiny or worn, and the screen may have fine scratches. It suits buyers who accept cosmetic wear for a lower cost and need a basic Windows 10 machine for office tasks. Buyers who want a pristine appearance or a higher-resolution display should look elsewhere.

1366 x 768 non-touch display

The 14.0-inch Wide XGA panel has a native resolution of 1366 x 768 and does not support touch input. This specification determines whether the screen meets your clarity and interaction requirements for daily work.

Questions about this item

Does the internal battery on this T450 need replacement after a few years of daily charging?

The unit ships with a battery and AC adaptor; battery wear depends on charge cycles and cannot be predicted from the specifications.

What limits performance first when the Core i5-5300U runs at 2.3 GHz continuously on this T450?

The integrated graphics share system memory, so sustained heavy workloads hit the shared 8 GB DDR3L 1600 pool before storage becomes a factor.

How loud or hot does this 14.0" T450 get when left running all day on Windows 10?

The B-grade chassis may show dents or scuffs, but acoustic and thermal behaviour under load is not described in the product data.
