Refurbished ThinkPad T570 business laptop

The Lenovo T570 is a 15.6-inch workstation-class notebook supplied in refurbished condition with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit pre-installed. It targets professionals who need a durable, serviceable chassis for office applications, legacy software and light development work without the cost of a current-generation device.

Sustained load on the dual-core i5-7300U

The 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5-7300U relies on its integrated graphics and 16 GB of memory to handle extended multitasking sessions. Under continuous load the ultra-low-voltage processor will throttle to maintain thermal limits, so compile times and large spreadsheet recalculations run slower than on higher-wattage mobile CPUs.

Limits of the 1366 x 768 non-touch panel

The wide XGA display tops out at 1366 x 768 resolution, restricting the amount of code, timeline or spreadsheet content visible at once. External monitors are supported, but the integrated graphics pipeline caps the number and resolution of additional screens, so multi-monitor power users should verify their layout before purchase.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the Core i5-7300U get during all-day use?

The dual-core Core i5-7300U runs at 2.6 GHz with integrated graphics, so fan noise and surface heat stay moderate during typical office workloads.

Which ports or peripherals must I already have to use this T570?

The laptop includes integrated audio and internal speakers but lacks a webcam and optical drive, so you will need an external camera and USB optical drive if required.

Will the 1366 x 768 non-touch screen work well with my older docking station?

The 15.6-inch Wide XGA panel outputs standard video signals compatible with most legacy docks, and the integrated graphics handle external displays without discrete GPU drivers.
