Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q Tiny desktop

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q is a Tiny form-factor desktop powered by an Intel Core i5-10400T processor. It comes with 32GB DDR4 memory and a 512GB NVMe SSD. Windows 11 Pro 64-bit is pre-installed. A USB keyboard and mouse are included.

Suits office and remote-work setups

This system suits users who need a compact, quiet PC for productivity apps, video calls and multi-monitor work. The 32GB DDR4 and fast NVMe storage handle typical business workloads smoothly. Buyers who want more storage capacity or discrete graphics for heavy 3D rendering should look elsewhere.

512GB NVMe and 32GB DDR4 headroom

The 512GB NVMe SSD provides fast boot and application loading for OS and core programs. 32GB DDR4 allows many browser tabs, Office suites and virtual machines to run together. Large media libraries or multiple big VM images will exceed the internal drive space.

Questions about this item

What display cables do I need to connect monitors to the HDMI and DisplayPort outputs?

The unit provides one HDMI port and one DisplayPort. Use an HDMI cable for the HDMI output and a DisplayPort cable for the DisplayPort output. Both connectors are standard sizes.

Will my existing USB 2.0 keyboard and mouse work with the USB-A ports on this Tiny PC?

Yes. The five USB-A ports (two USB 3.2 Gen 2 and three USB 3.2 Gen 1) are backward compatible, so USB 2.0 peripherals will function normally.

How can I verify the Intel Core i5-10400T is running at its 2.0 GHz base frequency after setup?

Open Task Manager, select the Performance tab, and choose CPU. The base speed will be listed as 2.0 GHz when the processor is at its standard operating point.
