Questions about this item

How do I adjust the shoulder strap so the 13 to 14 inch laptop sits securely in the top-loading compartment?

Slip the laptop into the dedicated padded sleeve first, then lengthen or shorten the adjustable shoulder strap until the case rests against your hip without bouncing.

Which part of this case will need replacement first with daily commuting?

The zipper teeth and slider see the most cycles; if they snag, a zipper repair kit or local tailor can replace just the slider tape.

At what load does the 10.4 by 14.6 by 2 inch frame start to flex under sustained carry?

The slim polyester and PET shell is rated for a single 13 to 14 inch laptop plus accessories; exceeding that volume causes the sides to bow outward.
