ThinkPad L15 Gen 2 i7-1165G7 16GB 512GB

This Lenovo ThinkPad L15 Gen 2 is a 15.6 inch business laptop powered by an 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor with four cores and eight threads. It ships with 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD. The 1920 x 1080 IPS display runs at 60Hz and the system includes Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.

Suited to office multitasking and video calls

The four-core CPU, integrated Iris Xe graphics and 16GB RAM handle document workloads, browser tabs and 720p webcam meetings comfortably. Wi-Fi 6E AX210 and Bluetooth 5.2 provide modern wireless connectivity. Buyers who want a touchscreen, discrete graphics or more than 16GB of memory should look at other configurations.

Sustained load on 45 WHr battery and 65W adapter

Under continuous multi-threaded work the 2.80GHz base clock can boost toward 4.7 GHz until thermal limits or the 45 WHr battery capacity curtail performance. The 65W power supply recharges the three-cell pack while the system runs. Fan noise and surface temperatures will rise during extended heavy use.
