Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the i7-9750H get under sustained 4.5 GHz loads all day?

The six-core i7-9750H reaches 4.5 GHz turbo; the ThinkPad P53 chassis is engineered for mobile-workstation thermals, so fan noise rises under full load but stays within typical workstation limits.

What must I already own to use the 2TB NVME + 1TB 2.5" SSD storage and 64GB DDR4 RAM?

The laptop ships with both drives and the full 64 GB of DDR4 installed; no extra memory modules or drive caddies are required to start working.

Will the Quadro T1000 4 GB drive a 15.6" 1920x1080 500-nit panel and older 72% gamut external monitors simultaneously?

Yes — the T1000 supports the internal 15.6" FHD IPS display at 500 nits and can drive additional monitors; colour coverage matches the 72% gamut spec of the built-in screen.
