Mobile Workstation Core

The Lenovo ThinkPad P53 is a mobile workstation built around an Intel Core i7-9850H six-core processor that reaches 4.6 GHz. It ships with 32 GB of DDR4 memory and a dual-drive layout of 256 GB NVME plus 2 TB 2.5-inch SSD storage. A 15.6-inch FHD IPS panel at 1920 x 1080 and an NVIDIA Quadro T2000 with 4 GB video memory complete the platform. The unit comes new with Linux Mint and a fingerprint reader.

Who This Suits

Engineers and analysts who need ISV-certified graphics for CAD, simulation or GPU-accelerated data work will find the Quadro T2000 a stable match for the six-core CPU and 32 GB RAM. Buyers who want more storage bandwidth than a single NVME slot provides or who need a higher-resolution display should look at other configurations.

Deciding Specification

The NVIDIA Quadro T2000 4 GB GPU is the single specification that decides whether this is the right part; it determines which professional applications run with certified drivers and how large a model fits in video memory.
