Mobile workstation with ISV-certified apps

The Lenovo ThinkPad P71 is a 17.3-inch mobile workstation built for professionals who run ISV-certified applications. It pairs an Intel Core i7-7820HQ quad-core processor with 16GB of DDR4 memory and an NVIDIA Quadro M620M graphics card with 2GB VRAM. A 1TB hybrid drive combines spinning storage with 8GB of NAND flash. Windows 7 Professional comes pre-installed.

Verify OS support and display needs before ordering

Confirm that your software stack remains compatible with Windows 7 Professional, which no longer receives mainstream security updates. The 17.3-inch FHD IPS panel delivers 1920 x 1080 resolution without touch input, so check that your workflow does not require touch or a higher pixel density. Ensure the Quadro M620M meets the graphics requirements for your specific certified applications.

Spill-resistant keyboard

The award-winning, full-sized keyboard is spill-resistant and includes the TrackPoint pointing device for precise navigation without leaving the home row. A fingerprint reader and secure chip provide hardware-based authentication for daily sign-in and data protection. The 17.3-inch anti-glare IPS display reduces reflections in varied lighting conditions. Multiple ports support a wide range of peripherals on the desk or in the field.
