Mobile Workstation with Quadro Graphics

The Lenovo ThinkPad P71 is a 17.3 inch mobile workstation built around an Intel Core i7-7820HQ processor that reaches 3.90 GHz turbo frequency. It ships with 16GB of DDR4 memory at 2400 MHz, a 2TB SSD and an NVIDIA Quadro M620M GPU with 2GB VRAM. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed.

Suited for ISV-certified apps.

Engineers and designers who rely on ISV-certified stability across more than 100 professional applications will find the Quadro M620M a reliable match for 3D modelling and moderate rendering. The 17.3 inch FHD IPS anti-glare display provides accurate colour without a touch layer. Buyers who need more graphics memory or higher compute performance for complex simulation should consider a workstation with a higher-tier GPU.

Quadro M620M with 2GB VRAM decides fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the NVIDIA Quadro M620M graphics card equipped with 2GB of video memory. This configuration handles entry-level CAD, DCC and visualization tasks within certified driver stacks. If a project demands larger frame buffers or real-time ray tracing capability, this GPU will not meet the requirement.
