Business laptop with 24 GB DDR4 and 2 TB NVMe

The Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 runs on an Intel Core i5-1145G7 quad-core processor reaching 4.40 GHz turbo. It ships with 24 GB of DDR4 memory and a 2 TB NVMe PCIe SSD. The 14.0" FHD display delivers 1920 x 1080 resolution without touch input. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for immediate professional use.

Check soldered memory and port needs before ordering

The system provides 24 GB of DDR4 with zero user-accessible slots, so the configuration cannot be expanded beyond the factory fit. Verify that two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, HDMI 2.0 and RJ-45 Ethernet satisfy your peripheral and docking requirements. Wireless connectivity uses Wifi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1.

Thermals noise and power in office workloads

The 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1145G7 operates at a 2.6 GHz base frequency with Iris Xe graphics integrated. Typical business tasks keep thermals and fan noise at modest levels suited to quiet environments. The included OEM AC adapter matches the platform power profile for stable operation.

Questions about this item

Does the package include the AC adapter or do I need to buy it separately?

The box contains the laptop preloaded with Windows 11 Pro and the OEM AC adapter matched to the correct wattage, so no extra power brick is required.

Should I choose the 24 GB DDR4 configuration or is the 40 GB maximum worth the upgrade?

The unit already ships with 24 GB soldered DDR4 and has no free memory slots, so the only way to reach the 40 GB maximum is to replace the board; for most business workloads the installed 24 GB is sufficient.

What does the 4.40 GHz turbo frequency mean for everyday office work?

The quad-core i5-1145G7 can boost single threads to 4.40 GHz for short bursts, giving snappy response in web apps and document editing, while sustained multi-core speeds settle lower to manage heat in the 14.0" chassis.
