Business laptop for Linux workflows

The ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 ships with Linux Mint 20 Cinnamon pre-installed on a 500GB PCIe SSD. An 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor with four cores and 8GB of DDR4 memory handles office suites, browser-based tools and light development tasks. The 14.0 inch Full HD IPS panel shows 1920 x 1080 resolution without touch input.

Connectivity that fits mobile offices

Two Thunderbolt 4 ports supply video, data and charging through a single cable, while two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports keep legacy peripherals working. A full-size HDMI output, Gigabit Ethernet jack and microSD reader remove the need for dongles at a desk. Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 handle wireless links when a cable is not practical.

Ready-to-run software stack

Linux Mint 20 Cinnamon arrives configured with driver support for the Iris Xe graphics, 720p webcam and audio combo jack. The 50WHr battery and 65W adapter provide power for a full workday without extra accessories. The integrated fingerprint reader and discrete TPM 2.0 chip satisfy corporate security policies out of the box.
