ThinkPad T15 Gen 1 laptop

The Lenovo ThinkPad T15 Gen 1 is a 15.6-inch business laptop built for professionals who need a reliable Windows 10 Pro machine for daily office work. It suits users who value a durable chassis, a comfortable backlit keyboard and integrated security features such as a fingerprint reader and webcam privacy shutter.

8GB soldered memory and 256GB NVMe SSD

The system ships with 8GB of DDR4-2666 memory soldered to the board, so capacity cannot be increased after purchase. This amount handles typical productivity tasks and light multitasking, but heavier workloads such as virtual machines or large datasets will exhaust the available RAM. The 256GB PCIe 3.0x4 NVMe Opal2 drive provides fast boot and application load times, yet its space fills quickly with media libraries or multiple project files.

15.6-inch FHD IPS display at 250 nits

The screen delivers a 1920x1080 resolution on an IPS panel with an anti-glare coating and 250 nits brightness. This combination works well for indoor document editing and video calls, but the modest brightness limits visibility in bright outdoor environments or under strong overhead lighting.

Open Task Manager, select the Performance tab, choose CPU and watch the clock speed readout while running a demanding single-thread task.
