Professional 4K mobile workstation

The Lenovo ThinkPad T15 Gen 1 20S6003YUS is a 15.6 inch business laptop with a 3840 x 2160 non-touch display. It runs Windows 10 Pro on an Intel Core i7-10610U processor with 24GB of memory and 1TB of storage. The black chassis includes HDMI output, Bluetooth, a webcam and a spill-resistant keyboard.

Suits users who need high pixel density

This configuration serves professionals who rely on sharp text and accurate on-screen detail for documents, spreadsheets or design review. Buyers who require discrete graphics for 3D rendering, video export or GPU-accelerated compute should look at a different system. The integrated graphics and fixed 24GB memory also rule out later upgrades for heavier workloads.

3840 x 2160 resolution on a 15.6 inch panel

The 4K pixel count drives the scaling requirements and application compatibility that define daily usability. Windows 10 Pro handles DPI scaling, but legacy software may appear too small or blurry without updates. Confirm that your core applications support high-DPI modes before committing to this screen density.

Questions about this item

How loud does the ThinkPad T15 Gen 1 get when the i7-10610U and 24 GB memory run all day?

The laptop uses integrated graphics and a business-class thermal design, so fan noise stays low during typical office workloads even with the 4K display active.

Which cables or adapters must I already own to connect external monitors to the HDMI port?

A standard HDMI cable is all that is required; the single HDMI 1.4 output drives one external display at up to 4K resolution.

Will my older USB-A peripherals work directly with this notebook?

Yes, the ThinkPad T15 Gen 1 retains full-size USB-A ports, so legacy keyboards, mice and storage devices plug in without adapters.
