ThinkPad T480s business laptop

The ThinkPad T480s is a 14.0-inch business laptop built around a quad-core Intel Core i5-8250U processor. It ships with Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit and includes a fingerprint reader for secure sign-in. The matte FHD IPS panel delivers 1920 x 1080 resolution without touch input. This configuration targets professionals who need a durable, portable daily driver.

8 GB DDR4 2400 memory and 256 GB SSD

Eight gigabytes of DDR4 2400 memory handles office suites, web browsing and light multitasking comfortably. The 256 GB solid-state drive provides fast boot and application loading for a standard business software set. Memory is not user-upgradeable, so heavy virtualization or large dataset work will hit the ceiling quickly. Storage can be expanded only by replacing the drive.

Intel UHD Graphics 620 and spill-resistant keyboard

Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 uses shared system memory and drives the internal panel or an external monitor for productivity tasks. It is not suited for gaming, 3D rendering or GPU-accelerated creative workloads. The award-winning spill-resistant keyboard protects internal components from minor liquid accidents. Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit adds BitLocker and remote-management features for IT deployments.
