Ready-to-work business laptop

The Lenovo ThinkPad T480s arrives with Windows 7 Professional installed and a 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD already configured. An Intel Core i5-8250U processor running at 1.60 GHz with a 3.40 GHz boost works alongside 12GB of DDR4 memory. The 14.0" IPS panel delivers a 1920 x 1080 matte finish suited to office lighting.

Simple deployment for IT teams

No assembly is required; the system boots straight to a familiar desktop environment. The 64-bit OS supports legacy line-of-business applications without virtualisation overhead. Integrated Intel UHD 620 graphics handle standard productivity workloads. Thunderbolt over USB-C provides a single-cable dock connection for power, data and external displays.

Suited to Windows 7-dependent workflows

Organisations maintaining certified Windows 7 software stacks will appreciate the native compatibility and MIL-SPEC tested chassis. The 4G LTE WWAN module keeps mobile staff connected away from Wi-Fi. Buyers who need a supported operating system, newer CPU architecture or touchscreen input should evaluate current-generation alternatives.
