Portable Business Laptop

The Lenovo ThinkPad T480s is a 14.0 inch laptop built for professionals who need a reliable Windows 7 Professional machine. It combines an Intel Core i5-8250U processor with 24 GB of DDR4 memory and a 128GB SSD in a chassis weighing 2 to 2.9 lbs. Integrated Intel UHD 620 graphics drive the 1920 x 1080 matte IPS display.

Mobile Workers Seeking Legacy OS

This configuration suits buyers who specifically require Windows 7 Professional for application compatibility or established workflows. The 4G LTE WWAN module supports connectivity away from fixed networks, while the fingerprint reader and webcam cover address physical security needs. Buyers who need a touchscreen, a larger SSD capacity, or a newer supported operating system should look elsewhere.

128GB SSD Capacity Decides Fit

The 128GB solid-state drive is the single specification that determines whether this unit meets a workload. It holds the operating system and a modest set of active projects, but leaves little room for large media libraries or extensive local databases. Users with heavier storage demands will need to supplement with external drives or cloud services.
