Business-ready ultraportable for mobile

The Lenovo ThinkPad T480s is a 14.0-inch laptop powered by an Intel Core i5-8250U processor running at 1.60 GHz with a 3.40 GHz boost. It ships with 24 GB of DDR4 memory and a 2 TB SATA SSD, running Windows 7 Professional on a 1920 x 1080 matte IPS panel.

Suits travellers needing a light.

Weighing between 2 and 2.9 lbs, it passes 21 MIL-SPEC tests and includes a fingerprint reader, ThinkShutter webcam cover and Thunderbolt 3 over USB-C. Buyers who require a dedicated graphics card, a touchscreen or a modern supported operating system should consider other options.

2 TB SATA SSD determines storage speed

The drive uses the SATA interface rather than a faster protocol, so sustained transfer rates follow SATA limits. Confirm that your docking station or external enclosure supports SATA M.2 modules before purchasing.
