Questions about this item

How do I install the 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD and what step is often missed?

The 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD is already installed from the factory. No user installation is required. The step people miss is confirming the drive appears in BIOS before first boot.

At what point does the Intel Core i7-8550U hit its limit under sustained load?

The Intel Core i7-8550U reaches its thermal limit first during sustained workloads, causing clock speeds to drop below the 4.0 GHz maximum turbo frequency.
