Business Users Seeking Portability

The soldered 8GB DDR4 memory cannot be upgraded, so buyers who need more than 8GB RAM should look elsewhere. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics suit office applications but not 3D rendering or modern gaming workloads. Maximum supported memory is fixed at 8GB.

512GB NVMe SSD Storage

The PCIe NVMe drive provides 512GB of capacity for the operating system and data. No additional drive bays are mentioned in the specifications. This capacity decides whether the laptop can hold a user's full working set without external storage.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately?

The laptop includes Windows 10 Pro, an Intel Core i7-8565U processor, 8GB soldered DDR4 memory, a 512GB NVMe SSD, a 14" FHD IPS touch display with 720p webcam, HDMI and Thunderbolt ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a fingerprint reader. Memory is not upgradeable.

Should I choose a different capacity or version?

This model is a single configuration: 8GB soldered DDR4 at 2400 MT/s and a 512GB NVMe SSD. Maximum supported memory is 8GB, so no larger RAM option exists. Storage can be replaced with another NVMe drive if more space is needed.

What does the 4.6 GHz turbo figure mean in daily use?

The Intel Core i7-8565U can reach 4.6 GHz on single-thread bursts, while base frequency is 1.80 GHz across four cores. Sustained speeds depend on thermals; integrated Intel UHD Graphics handles general productivity and video playback.
