The dual-core Intel Core i5 at 2.30 GHz and 4 GB of DDR3 memory handle web browsing, document editing and video calls. Only two memory slots exist, limiting upgrades to 32 GB total. Buyers who want more storage speed or a dedicated GPU should look at something else.

The system ships with 4 GB of DDR3 installed and supports a maximum of 32 GB across two slots. This single figure decides whether the laptop can meet your multitasking needs.
