ThinkPad X1 Carbon 5 14" FHD

The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon 5 is a 14-inch mainstream laptop powered by an Intel Core i7-7600U processor with a maximum turbo frequency of 3.9 GHz. It ships new with Windows 10 Pro pre-installed and includes a 4G LTE WWAN card for mobile broadband connectivity. The carbon-fiber reinforced chassis meets 12 military-grade requirements and passes more than 200 durability tests.

1TB SSD and 8GB memory capacity

A 1TB solid-state drive provides ample space for the operating system, applications and large project files without relying on a secondary hard drive. The 8GB of system memory handles typical business multitasking such as document editing, web browsing and video conferencing. Memory-intensive workloads like virtual machines or large dataset analysis will exhaust the available RAM.

Thunderbolt 3 USB-C and UltraNav input

The USB Type-C port supports Thunderbolt 3 at up to 40 Gbps for data, video and charging through a single cable. Four total USB ports accommodate legacy peripherals without requiring a dock. The ThinkPad UltraNav touchpad and pointing stick offer precise cursor control, while the fingerprint reader enables Windows Hello login. Bluetooth 4.1 connects wireless accessories.

The laptop features an Intel Core i7-7600U processor and a Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port supporting up to 40 Gbps data transfer and video output for compatible docks and displays.

How can I verify the 4G LTE WWAN module is active and connected after setting up Windows 10 Pro?
