ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9 14" Ultrabook

The ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9 is a 14-inch ultrabook built for professionals who need a light, capable Windows 11 Pro machine. It combines an 11th Generation Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor with integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics in a chassis that weighs 2.49 lbs. The 16:10 aspect ratio display suits document work and video calls alike.

16 GB soldered LPDDR4x and 1 TB PCIe SSD

Memory is 16 GB of LPDDR4x 4266 MHz soldered to the board, so there is no upgrade path; plan for the workloads you will run for the life of the device. The 1 TB PCIe SSD provides fast boot and application loading with generous space for projects and media. Heavy virtualization or large local datasets may eventually press both capacity and the 16 GB ceiling.

Thunderbolt 4 ports and 14.9 mm profile

Two USB 4 Type-C ports with Thunderbolt 4 handle display output, data and power delivery through a single cable, simplifying desk docking. The 14.9 mm thickness and 2.49 lb weight make daily carry comfortable, while the 57 Whr battery targets up to 16.7 hours of measured runtime. Buyers who want user-replaceable memory or a dedicated GPU should look elsewhere.
