ThinkPad X1 Carbon 14-inch Ultrabook

The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon is a 14-inch business ultrabook powered by an Intel Core i7-6600U processor with 8 GB of DDR3 memory and a 256 GB solid-state drive. It runs Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and targets professionals who need a lightweight, secure laptop for daily office work and travel.

Carbon-fibre chassis and port selection

The chassis uses satellite-grade carbon fibre and measures 0.65 inch thin with a starting weight of 2.6 lbs. A matte anti-glare IPS display at 1920x1080 reduces reflections. Ports include three USB 3.0 sockets, HDMI, Mini DisplayPort, OneLink+, a microSD slot, a headset jack, WiGig and a Kensington lock slot.

Verify memory, OS and docking needs

Memory is soldered at 8 GB and cannot be upgraded after purchase. The system ships with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit; confirm this edition meets your software licensing requirements. OneLink+ docking requires a compatible Lenovo dock; check that your existing dock matches this connector before ordering.
