Product and audience

The Lenovo V15 Gen 4 is a 15.6 inch laptop built around an AMD Ryzen 7 7730U processor with 8 cores and 16 threads. It ships with 16GB of memory and a 1TB NVMe drive, running Windows 11 Home. The Full HD IPS panel and integrated Radeon graphics suit office workers, students and home users who need a reliable daily driver for productivity, web browsing and video streaming.

Installation and common issues

As a complete notebook the system requires no internal assembly; initial setup follows the standard Windows 11 out-of-box experience. The 1TB M.2 2242 PCIe 4.0x4 NVMe SSD is soldered or mounted in a single slot, so storage expansion later may need an external drive or a second M.2 slot if the chassis provides one. Driver updates for the Radeon graphics and chipset should be applied after first boot to ensure full performance and stability.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

Buyers wanting a ready-to-use business-class laptop with ample memory and fast solid-state storage will find this model fits typical workloads. Users who need a touchscreen, discrete graphics for heavy 3D work or gaming, or a larger upgrade path for internal storage should consider other configurations. The 720p webcam with privacy shutter covers basic video calls but may not satisfy creators needing higher-resolution capture.
