Convertible AI laptop for mobile professionals

The Lenovo Yoga 7i 2in1 Aura Edition is a 16-inch Windows 11 Pro convertible built around an Intel Ultra 7 355 processor with an integrated NPU. It ships with 24 GB of LPDDR5x memory and a 1 TB SSD in a Luna Grey chassis weighing 3.94 lb. The 360-degree hinge enables laptop, tent and tablet modes for flexible workflows.

Upgrade from fixed-hinge ultraportables lacking

This model replaces traditional clamshell notebooks that cannot switch to tablet or tent orientation for presentations and sketching. The jump is worth it when you need on-device AI processing for productivity tools and a multi-touch display that supports digital inking. Buyers who only use a static desk setup with external monitors will not benefit from the convertible mechanism.

Thunderbolt 4 and Wi-Fi 7 define the I/O ceiling

Two Thunderbolt 4 ports provide 40 Gbps bandwidth for docks, external GPUs and 4K 60 Hz displays via the HDMI 2.1 output. Wireless throughput tops out at Wi-Fi 7 2x2 160 MHz with Bluetooth 5.4 for peripherals. A single USB-A 5 Gbps port and a MicroSD reader complete the physical interfaces; there is no wired Ethernet or additional video outputs.
