Purpose-built outdoor audio

The LENRUE A22 is a compact portable speaker rated IPX6 for water and dust resistance. It delivers 5 watts of power through a 4 cm driver and runs on an internal battery for up to 24 hours of playback. A detachable lanyard lets you hang it from bikes, packs or tents.

Suits shower singers and beach-goers.

Swimmers, hikers and campsite listeners get a rugged, hang-anywhere box that survives splashes and sand. Buyers who want room-filling low end, multi-room synchronisation or mains-powered operation should look at something else.

Deciding spec: IPX6 waterproof rating

The IPX6 certification means the speaker withstands powerful water jets from any direction, so it survives showers, pool splashes and sudden rain. It cannot be submerged, so anyone needing full immersion protection must choose a different device.
