Product overview

This Leviton PJ26-WM pack contains ten single-gang Decora-style wallplates in a white finish. They are moulded from thermoplastic for impact and abrasion resistance and suit residential or light-commercial installations.

Midway sizing benefit

Each plate measures 3.13 in by 3.81 in, making it 0.375 in taller and wider than a standard wallplate. The extra coverage hides wall irregularities and fits larger-volume outlet boxes without modification.

Installation check

Verify that your existing devices use the Decora rectangular opening and that the mounting holes align with the 3.13 in by 3.81 in footprint. The pack supplies ten plates only; screws are not included.

Questions about this item

Will the nylon material on these 1-gang Decora plates need any special cleaning or replacement over time?

The molded thermoplastic resists impact, abrasion, fading and discoloration, while the smooth face and rounded edges resist dust accumulation, so no special maintenance is required beyond normal wiping.

What is the first limitation you hit when these midway plates are used in high-abuse areas day after day?

The plates are rated for mechanical stress in high-abuse applications, so the practical limit is the outlet box behind them rather than the plate itself.

Do the plates get warm or make any noise when left on the wall continuously?

As passive nylon covers with no electrical components, they generate no heat and produce no noise regardless of how long they remain installed.
