Lexmark 550-sheet tray compatibility

The Lexmark 50M7550 adds a 550-sheet paper tray to compatible Lexmark printers. It accepts A4, A5, JIS B5, Folio, Letter, Legal, Executive and Oficio sizes. Plain paper, labels, card stock and vinyl labels are supported. The tray handles media weights from 16 to 47 lb, or 60 to 176 gsm.

Upgrading from standard capacity

This tray replaces the standard input cassette on supported Lexmark devices. The jump is worth it when print volumes exceed the factory tray capacity and frequent reloading interrupts workflow. It is not for printers that lack the mechanical mounting points or firmware support for this accessory.

Media capacity and limits
